NO, NO, Absolutely NO

Do not allow your loved ones to move here and if they are already here, PLEASE rescue them!
Bed bugs, intermittent air conditioner or heat, (limited) amenities in disrepair, says gated community but no one in the gate house so unlimited entry, in Camellia one of two elevators hasn't worked in years and the other goes out regularly so tenants are trapped in or cannot get to their apartment (mostly elderly and disabled)
I had to rescue my mother, but her life partner still suffers there.
They had… their heyday more than a decade ago and some are still there from that era, please relieve their suffering!

Roof over my head but can’t wait to leave

I moved here after wanting a cut on my expensive rent at my previous apartment, but after living here 6 months I can’t wait to leave. Cockroaches and all sorts of bugs all the time, fire alarm goes off frequently in the middle of the night, and constant odor of cigarettes and mold in the hallway 24/7. I’m glad I’m not spending so much for rent, but this place made me realize i deserve to live in a nicer place to call it a home
