The entire office staff are polite , although the new management company "Pegasus" are doing their best to improve the property ,they (Pegasus) lack in communication to the residents , some of the people who live here have no respect for the office staff ,or themselves READ YOUR LEASE, there are rules you must abide by , I cant say anything bad about anyone who works at this property , Melania is the best at what she does .

Maintenance sucks. I've put in the same Maintenance order a good 6 times for about 8 months now. They come, they look, they leave. Nothing really gets fixed here.

Management is rude and ineffective. I have very noisy neighbors who are polluting the property grounds and the moment I informed the office they defended the woman's actions and are treating me as though I am the problem.

There is no playground for kids on site.

The units a pretty but outdated, especially for the price you pay.… Nothing is included in your rent. They will have fees for everything.

Literally the only positive thing about this place is how close it is to the elementary school if you have kids. Read More

I have been here well over a month now and am very satisfied with my choice. The apartment was in good shape when I moved in and management sent a worker to repair the three or four minor problems I noted in my check-in list the day after I submitted it. I am pleasantly surprised by how quiet it is here even though it is in a commercial area with lots of shopping nearby. I usually awake to the sounds of birds outside my window. The Property Manager and all the staff was very professional and friendly. They took the time to answer all my questions about the property. Excellent place to live!!
