Sphere

Went for a tour and the staff was friendly and answered any questions I had. Only disappointing thing is it’s very hard almost impossible to reach them. They never answer the phone number that’s given on their website and the email they provided on their website as well bounces back. Makes it very hard when apply especially when there’s a floor plan that says to call for availability.

Moving in to Sphere was made super easy and quick with Jo in the leasing office. She answered all my questions quickly prior to signing the lease and was beyond helpful throughout the process. The apartments are new and very modern, clean, and comfortable. Management keeps the property impeccably clean and the whole building smells great! They have some kind of scent machine pumping through the vents. As soon as you walk in, you won't want to leave. The buildings are quiet with pretty good... soundproofing, I never hear my neighbors through the wall unless they're in the hallway. Very nice apartment with new and quality appliances. But people smoke weed in hallways and elevators. Non-residents also come in to use amenities like swimming pool and gym.

At other apartment complexes you have to hunt down the office and/or maintenance staff. Not at the Sphere Apartments.Their staff is always professional, courteous and on top of their job. Keep up the excellent work.

Sphere has been a great place to live so far, we really enjoy the amenities and the leasing staff is very responsive and helpful.
