The apartment location cant be beat. The washer/dryer is very teeny. dishwasher, garbage disposal and trash pick up is great. The A/C has been nothing but problematic since moving in, if it does work in between breaking, it doesn't get cooler than 74 degrees which is not good when having health issues in the heat, being dizzy and having black outs and having to pay extra money for windows units. The parking situation isn't great and $50 a month extra for parking behind back should be included,... especially for handicapped residents. besides that, I really love the neighborhood.

Such polite staff. Great location. But the AC units weren’t turned on for use and we were dying with the temps of the inside of the apartments reaching 85 degrees. With the plan to turn them on in May. Thankfully they switched it up and turned them on this past week.

The noise along Arthur Ashe and near broad and 7-11 is pretty loud through the night until really early in the morning. The windows are drafty and around the doors.
