Living here for the first couple weeks has been great! The leasing staff is super helpful and responsive. We had our toilet fixed the day after our maintenance request!

This building is not well kept, there's mold in the hallway. I have had a cracked window in my apartment and they still have yet to replace it.

Maintenance is very responsive and all of the leasing staff have been very kind and helpful. The units are also beautiful and have a lot of charm.

I like the location and the character of my apartment but I’ve had a lot of pest issues that haven’t been addressed and I have almost no counter space in my kitchen or bathroom

I really love the neighborhood and the apartment itself. I believe that whoever renovated the building did a very good job of keeping the vintage feeling of the apartment while still focusing on upgrading the necessities. However, I do have a problem with the maintenance of the apartment. Two things are already wrong within the apartment and I have not received any information on when those things will be fixed.
