The Foundry Apartments

Where do I start? Knocking noise in the wall since I moved in. The rent office is never opened. You could never get in touch with anyone. You have limited parking. People walking around with guns showing don’t care that kids around. Kids running through the halls. The walls are so thin you can hear your whole conversation in the hall. Sink cracking everything is poor quality. Halls and elevators always dirty. Trash shoot is horrible. Gnats everywhere!!!!!! It haven’t happened to me personally... but they are quick to take you to court but can’t fix what they need to fix around here. It’s dangerous I was actually outside while a shooting occurred. Trash in parking , breaking in cars , unsupervised minors , stealing anything you make the mistake of sending to your address. For now the apartment is nice they are new but at the rate things going not for long.

Apartments are nice and great they are brand new what can you expect but soon as you have issues around your apartment they are no where to be found. First the wrong washer and dryer were brought to the apartment after a week + of waiting and then having to wait three more days for the correct one once it comes they find out that the outlet in the wash room is not the right one and the washer and dryer can’t be hooked up! It’s ridiculous. The woman or who ever answered for the leasing office... keeps saying I will call you back and never does VERY inconsiderate and unprofessional if you ask me. This company wasted my time completely, I was asked to come in and was informed I would recieve an email with details on what's needed. But the agent (Paul) never sent the email or asked for it to confirm. I take off work travel to the leasing office from NN to Richmond! Just for the leasing agent to no even review my paperwork or money order for the holding fee. He asked where is my 4 pays tubs I said sir I included 6 just in case, He asked where is my statement from my bank. I advised I have... included over 6 months of statements, no reaction or response. Asking questions about the whereabouts of paperwork that was printed right in front of him! He ended the conversation with well sorry I don't think you qualify!?
