Not worth what you're paying for. The office does nothing about the trash scattered everywhere. The laundry room has only 1 working washer of 4 for the last year and nothing has been done about it. The allocated water is outrageous. We just payed 110$ and we don't even have a washer. It's divided by THE WHOLE COMPLEX, depending on how many people are on the lease. Meaning, a apt with 2 people with no washer is paying the SAME or more as a family of 5 with a washer in unit. The more people move... in the more your bill will go up. Good luck trying to get a hold of Management. They do nothing about people not picking up after their dogs. Be prepared for crickets and roaches as a constant in your place. Crime is prevalent, management is unprofessional and unresponsive, and maintenance is a joke. I do not recommend moving here. It’s definitely not worth your money, and it’s unsafe.

The maintenance team has always been on point, but the office people can sometimes be very difficult to get a hold of. Thankfully I haven't had very many issues that I need their help with.

I have nothing to say at this time. I am a retired law enforcement who at one time worked security on this property while residing here as well. Once the property changed, residents moved out and those that stayed was unhappy. This was because of the staff that was working. One word, Terrible.

Apartment complex was good when we first moved in. Maintenance is awesome, timely and professional same with leasing office personnel. But community living has gone down with pet waste all over common walkways, pets not leashed walking around, increase in security issues/car break-ins, trash bins overflowing and trash along unit hallways. But rent keeps going up each year..
