My Town home is too small for my personal taste, but the neighborhood and neighbors are quite, friendly, but keep or themselves. Whatever maintenance issues I had was addressed in a reasonable time period.
I would recommend this complex. I saw no bugs or roaches at all, but I always put down boric acid before I move anything in. My neighbors has dogs.

Worst experience ever. When we moved in, the apartment was roach infested. You will not be able to get them to fix anything. It says they're central air and heating, but its hot in the summer and freezing in the winter. Don't believe me, roll by and see all of the window units in the windows. A neighbor had her upstairs bathroom literally fall through the floor, and they did not fix it. The inside looks like its stuck in the 70's. Run do not walk, if you're thinking of moving here, the projects... are a better option.

These apartments are rip offs!!! They don't complete any maintenance orders. They never answer the phones. Your concerns are never addressed !!! Your ceiling could b laying in the floor and they still wouldn't come fix it! Oh but they are quick to put a notice on your door . Worse move ever!!!

overall it's a great apartment a living room a dinning room fenced in back yard 3 bedroom town home. Maintenance is a bit slow they fix the problem but normally takes them a week to fix it not to shabby. However my air stop working and one time took them 3 weeks to fix it. It was the beg. Of summer (yeah tell me about it). But back to the rooms there pretty spacious and lots of closet space my kitchens also a good size. Everything's overall good we do have a lot of kids in our complex very... noisy and they throw the ball at my door every 4 mins, tried talking to them but that didn't help much. Lastly parking is great always have a spot however late a night they tow and the company they hired to tow, DONT get out to check for the apartment stickers so you might wake up and your cars not outside , then you have to pay $160 to get it out. Not perfected but overall a Good Apartment.
