Sad

Living at Triton was initially a positive experience, but that quickly changed after new management took over. When we discovered a long-term leak in our unit that led to black mold inside the walls, the situation became serious. Unfortunately, it took nearly two weeks just to receive a response, let alone any meaningful action toward remediation.

Throughout the process, communication was lacking, and interactions felt dismissive and unprofessional. In a situation involving potential health… risks, empathy, urgency, and clear leadership are essential—and those qualities were noticeably absent.

I would strongly encourage anyone considering this building to carefully weigh their options before committing.

Triton

I am absolutely pumped to move into Triton Scotts Addition in July! The property and amenities themselves are gorgeous, clean, sleek, well maintained, and they have the most helpful and kind staff. The manager Michelle and associates have been nothing short of responsive, patient, and kind with my multitude of questions and tours of the facility.

The gym, pool, and game room are awesome! The gym has a multitude of options and is not just a closet full of treadmills. I can't imagine being bored… in the game room, and the pool speaks for itself.

Check it out and come be my neighbor!

Amazing New Apartments

These apartments are so nice and feel like a true home. The staff is incredible and makes the place feel even more like home. The amenities are great, and the pool is wonderful. We cannot wait to live here!
