Cedar Point

I say it all the time, if I could pick up our apartment and move it to a piece of land I would. We are signing our 3 lease this month and we do not want to leave at this time. I would recommend this place to anyone. This has been our favorite apartment in Roanoke.

My family lived here for about three months while we were selling our old house and buying a new one.
The staff is highly unprofessional and rude. I feel like whoever does the hiring is really scraping the bottom of the barrel. When we raised a concern about the smell of marijuana that was coming from the adjacent apartment through a hole under the sink, the management basically told us we were on our own.
The apartments are also old and and dinghy.

I've lived at this apartment complex for almost 2 years. I have complained multiple times about pot smoke in my apartment coming from someone else. The office says there's nothing they can do about it and that I should just call the police. The police say they are unable to do anything because it's private property. Drug use is not allowed per the lease agreement. They are unable to enforce their own lease agreement. They do not care about the residents that live here. I would not recommend… living here. Cedar Point Apartments really tries hard. It doesn't go unnoticed.

My wife and I moved in a few days ago and loved it. I moved in sight unseen and was happy with it until I smelled an odd smell.

We don't like animal smells and the leasing office did not have an animal on record for our apartment in the past. We persisted and they had the carpet shampooed shortly after the email. The smell was still there and I felt bad for pestering them. We finally figured out that we were smelling… particles from the door. They replaced the doors with brand new ones and the issue was solved.

Thank you so much for fixing this. The maintenance staff and the carpet contractors did a wonderful job!!!! We can't thank you enough. I know it seems small but it means a lot. When I first moved here, another resident mentioned how great you guys were at management and fixing maintenance issues. I totally agree with him.

We feel more at home already.
