Let’s talk about the good first. The staff is excellent, very friendly and helpful. Maintenance is very fast and professional. The apartment itself are fairly new and really pretty nice. It’s within walking distance to (.75 miles) downtown and a nice park(across the street). South 16 is extremely noisy however. Medical helicopters, trains going by and the music venue right next to the apartment is disastrous. The apartments are decently insulated from the sound. But you can literally feel the... train and bass from the music at Dr Pepper Park. The fire alarms go off and run everyone out of the building and the elevators stop working when you’ve got 11 bags of groceries is reallllly annoying. I’d say the price is a bit high for everything that is offered. But no bad things to say about staff and maintenance.

South16 management and maintenance is great. Location is bad, medflight and trains are awful. Dr Pepper park is very noisy. I can feel the bass in my apartment. Parking is horrendous. 1 Dr Pepper park event after another I have to park across the road in the parking garage.

The mountain view is breathtaking especially if there's a train passing by plus it's just a walking distance to my workplace.
