Pictures aren’t accurate
I have lived here for 3 years going on 4 if I didn’t renew my lease this year. The pictures aren’t for all units. I applied thinking what they are advertising on here is for all units - it’s not. They gave us a unit with old appliances with only new flooring and blinds. Word of advice, ask for a tour after you pay the application fee. While living here, the other tenants are friendly & mind their business but I will say it varies between who stays the longest. If you get the top floor, you won’t... hear much of anyone depending on the layout but good luck to anyone who is above or below you. The maintenance men are really nice and come as soon as they can when you put in an order. There will be tenants who leave their trash outside their unit for days so consider that as they don’t penalize that. Washer and Dryer aren’t good and a lot of the times are broken so consider that before applying and waiting for others loads to finish. Overall, I would not recommend small families to live here - especially crawling or loud toddlers you will be cornered for being loud. If you’re a full time worker, this might be a decent apartment to live in when you’re not there 24/7. There will be tenants who smoke at the steps which isn’t allowed but it always happens. Overall, the 2 bedroom 1 bath isn’t bad but not for the rent I was paying for and rent increases every year sadly.

Good afternoon
I do apologize for any inconvience. All of the units on property are not upgraded or renovated. Some do not want to pay the upgraded prices for the units so we do have units that we only have redone the carpet and vinyl only. We do... give tenants options to upgrade to an upgraded apartment if they wanted to. Please reach out to the rental office and let us try to resolve this issue for you.
