Communication with management is terrible, they are never in the office and you never know who you're talking to whenever you email them.
They don't do any maintenance on these buildings, the outside is all moldy and dirty, they never clean the walls or the stairs and the lights outside are broken.
We supposedly have access to the pool house yet is never open for anyone. The gym is barely there with old machines and no dumbbells to use.
The pool works but the pool jets never have. The grill?... They have one that's falling apart so if you like barbecues this is not your place.

Communication is terrible, nobody’s in office, they don’t answer the phone, emails, texts, etc. maintenance is no help…just a waste of my money.

I have been here 1.5 years and this is what home is suppose to feel like, they neighbors are great, everyone is willing to help each other and the leasing office and maintenance has been quick when I have needed something done or a question answered.

I enjoy the apartments, very quiet and peaceful environment and comfortable to live in! Everything is fairly close such as stores and restaurants.
