Sterlingwood Apartments

The building unclean, the staff very rarely responds to any phone calls or voice messages. My mom was a tenant and so frustrated that the staff was slow abt fixing and answering questions. In fact I spoke with one of the managers and she was EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!! The staff needed a lesson of customer service and professionalism.........Maybe a little better communication would've solved some of the problems.

I'm going to start this off by telling that truthfully the good reviews that this dump has got are lies and potentially are paid reviews. They clean the place up well enough that you can't notice that the apts are infested with roaches before you move in. They're incompetent. One example I have is I had one come and tell me that the garbage disposal was fine when it was broke. I had someone come in several months later and actually fix it. On top of all this plus more they came by a few days ago... with no notice to exterminate and broke something in my apt. and always give extremely short notices. Don't ever rent from this extremely over priced dump. They're not even worth $200 a month. Total trash. The only reason that the roaches have been knocked down is because of what I've been paying for out of my pocket to get rid of them. They will happily invade your privacy on a regular basis. The maintenance man Travis is a hard worker and fixed my issue right away! He was polite and a joy to talk to. I recommend to keep this maintenance man as the ones in the past were not as good as this one.

I love it here at Sterlingwood! The property manager is super friendly and the grounds are excellent!!
