Nice place to live

I moved here in 2016 from Williamsburg. This was one of the 1st apartment locations that I went to tour. I found it to be very quiet and peaceful. I moved in right away. I would definitely recommend individuals and families to give here a try. It’s quiet and close to shopping, restaurants and the highway. There leasing agents are professional and friendly I would stay longer, however my job has caused me to relocate.

Hillpoint Woods Apartments

I have only been living here at Hillpoint Woods Apartments for 3 months and I enjoy my place and I’m comfortable living here. It’s back from the main road and nice and secluded but still close to shopping and other places. I like all the greenery around the complex as well.It’s quiet and the grounds are kept up good. When I had to call in for a maintenance call, it was handeled right away which I appreciate. The apartment is nice and big enough for my daughter and I. There is no issues with too… much noise from upstairs apartment which is appreciated. It’s a nice place to live with or without a family and I enjoy coming home after work.

Hillpoint Woods Apartments

I love living here I am a retired nurse and use a walker due to RA. The office and maintenance people are so pleasant and go beyond what is required to help me. I love my apartment it is roomy and am especially enamoured of the large bedrooms and baths. I have a little rescue poodle that feels right at home and I believe Colleen and Allison are dog people.
The pool is spacious and well maintained with a life guard. My grandchildren love to visit me and swim. It is so close to shopping doctors… and schools.
I would recommend to anyone to take advantage of Hillpoint Woods Apartments.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I lived here for a little over a year because it was close to work. They will enter your home without notification. The manager is always extremely rude. They have a "laundry facility" (one washer and dryer) but they're always closed. I had flies in my apartment that they never exterminated etc. I move 30minutes further from work just to get away from these idiots. They also cheated me on my water bill when I left. How do you get charged $60 for water when you aren't even occupying the place for… a month? PLEASE AVOID! Let them go out of business.

Hillpoint Woods Apartments

My apartment is a wonderful place to call home. It is located in the heart of Suffolk, Virginia. It is very close to stores and restaurants but tucked away in Hillpoint Woods neighborhood giving it the feel of living in the country. It is a quaint complex of apartments surrounded by beautiful landscaping that is well maintained. The apartment itself is spacious and feels like home everytime I open the door. The complex has a swimming pool that is well maintained and storage sheds for… your convenience. I feel I have found my slice of Heaven in Hillpoint Woods Apartments!
