Recently someone discharged a firearm off of one of the top floor balconies. Not a safe neighborhood. Cars have been broken into. The middle and elementary school are useless. Fire alarms go off regularly including in the middle of the night. Can’t keep a maintenance person so repairs can take a long time. There’s a sex offender in at least one of the buildings. The basketball court has never been kept up. Don’t waste your time living here. It’s awful and I can’t wait for my lease to end.

Quiet Place
I absolutely LOVED living here. It was one of the quietest places I ever lived! I have views of the Marine Corp Museum Spires from my balcony! I see wonderful sunsets too. It's location is perfect for I-95 and Rt 1. If you're stationed at Quantico, you could definitely ride your bike. Prince William Forest Park is close by as well as Locust Shade Park.

East Gate is a great apartment complex. Fast and friendly service! I would live there again!
