No pets shall be kept or brought onto the premises unless prior written approval has been obtained from the owner of the property. Any approved pet shall be subject to the following conditions:
(a) Only domestic dogs or domestic cats. We accept all dog breeds, except for breeds that are classified as aggressive or restricted by the insurance company.
(b) All pets must be properly controlled at all times and must not cause any nuisance, disturbance, or inconvenience to the owner of the property, Tenant, or occupants of other Units.
(c) All pets must be licensed as may be required by law;
(d) A maximum of two (2) pets shall be permitted in Unit unless prior written approval is given by the owner of the property.
* One spayed or neutered cat may be considered with owner approval.
* Additional $500.00 non-refundable pet fee plus $80.00/month pet rent.
Smoking Policy:
* NO any SMOKING is permitted anywhere inside the property.
Application Requirements:
Every occupant 18 years of age or older must submit a separate application.
If either one of you qualifies as an exceptionally strong applicant, we may consider reducing the security deposit to $2,800.00. Any reduction will be based on the overall application, including credit, income, rental history, and background screening results.
