This four-bedroom modern farmhouse-style townhome features hardwood floors downstairs and plush carpeted bedrooms upstairs. Enter through the rear French doors into a spacious, open-concept kitchen and living area with high ceilings. The living space is perfect for gatherings, with a large TV and a porch with chairs. The kitchen boasts quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all the cookware you need to prepare meals. The ground floor also includes a large laundry room with a side-by-side washer and dryer, vacuum, broom, iron, and ironing board. The dining room features a large farmhouse table with seating for up to 8 people, and a powder room is conveniently located on the first floor. Upstairs, you'll find four beautifully decorated bedrooms spread across the second and third floors. The second-floor primary suite features a king-size bed, a large TV with basic cable, ceiling fan, large dresser, spacious walk-in closet, and a private balcony with rockers. The ensuite bathroom includes a spacious standing glass shower, dual sinks, and a private toilet area. Two queen-size bedrooms are also on the second floor, each with large closets, ceiling fans, and custom bedding. These bedrooms share a spacious hallway bathroom with dual sinks, a tub-shower combination, and a private toilet area. The third floor houses the twin bedroom and a large loft space perfect for lounging and TV watching. Each house offers onsite private parking for two vehicles. We provide 2 bath towel sets per bedroom, with more available upon request for a linen rental fee. Complimentary beach, bike, and baby gear rentals are available upon request. An EV charger is available for electric vehicles upon request.

We do not provide beach towels or beach equipment, but both are available for rentals through local partnerships. Two guaranteed parking spaces per rental, with municipal parking garages available for additional cars. No early check-in or late check-out during peak summer season (May through September).
