Awful Communication

They use a virtual agent (aka AI bot) to respond to their emails. This is not inherently a bad thing as many other properties use one, but the one they use feels like a teenager coded it for them. It doesn't give any helpful or relevant answers. It doesn't indicate anywhere that it is not a human. it doesn't even have a sign off greeting or signature in the email letting you know who it is. Many people are working during the leasing office hours or just want to ask a quick question so a working… email is the bare minimum if you want to engage with potential residents.

uncoordinated

This place does not reach back out through email or text me and my fiancé was looking at places they had that was soon to be open but every time we called or text or email we got no response so if you plan on contacting them go in person don’t waste your time like I have done. Thank you and have a great one.
