The property manager, Ms. Abby, is simply amazing! She is the nicest person in this world. They have the perfect person managing the community!

I've lived here for two years. It is a beautiful, quiet and clean neighborhood in an amazing centralized location. It is a 15-20 minute drive to downtown Norfolk, downtown Va beach, Greenbrier area, the Oceanfront and Norfolk Base. For military base amenities, there is Little Creek base across the street. However, there is no base traffic around the apartments.The maintenance staff takes pride in this community. Any maintenance calls I've ever placed are fixed by the end of the day no matter... what time. The only drawbacks to this complex are: No washers and dryers in the unit. Instead, there are quarter operated machines in each building. Also, even though each apartment receives their own spot, parking isn't all that great. The lot just isn't big enough. We lived in this apartment for almost 2 years and everything goes fine i don't have a problem at all so far. The staff Abby and Nick are awesome.

I have lived at Falcon Point Apartments for three years now and enjoy the lake setting tremendously. The staff are always courteous and professional and the maintenance is excellent. They are always making improvements to the property and it is well kept and maintained. The property has a pool which is always maintained and kept very clean and it is located close to base and shopping. It also has HRT that comes right by the property.

This apartment are often upgrading and they keep up with maintenance which is great. That only problem i have is that you can hear lot of noise is you stay in the first floor and specially when someone turn on the radio from above. 2 years and never had any problem with anyone there, people are very friendly , if your looking for a simple safe place with good environment and close to just whatever you need like restaurants, school, 5 minute from the beach and tons of stores.
