No security and black mold.
Awful front staff is rude, do not have secured entrance. Homeless can walk right in. Hallways are filthy. No security and when told Frye Properties apparently they had them turn the lights on the scanner to make us think it was secure. Unfortunately all you have to do is pull open the door to get in. Main entrance doesn't even have an emergency button installed. So when the fore department came they had to walk around to the only door that was unlocked. Shame on you.

Our doors are secure, with all but two fully... operational after recent storm damage, and repairs are ongoing. Safety is a top priority so the fire department always has access via a lockbox at the front door with the exception of an isolated key issue that we quickly resolved.
