love it here

The fitness center is a big and always clean and it has free weights. The staff is friendly, and maintenance is always quick to help. It’s a great place to call home!

Disappointing

1.Before moving in I read reviews and decided to risk it anyway, big mistake. Just as previous reviews mentioned, the only garbage on S Amsterdam is a disaster area and this is with the new and improved compactor that was installed over a year ago. There’s always garbage piled higher than the door and flowing out onto the street in view of all of the apartments facing. Not what you want to see when u open your window or front door. Then there’s the dumpster across from the compactor that is... completely open and accessible to all. There’s garbage, broken furniture, boxes, water tank, u name it, it sits in and around the dumpster all weekend and overnight until the 1 porter cleans it up. Btw no matter where u live in this community of 400 plus units, u have to walk your garbage to this one location or do like several people do and drive it to the area on the hood of their vehicle.

Do not rent!!!

Maple Bay Townhomes are very unprofessional. We set up a day to view the townhome and showed up and they had no available townhomes for us to view. We took off work for no reason. We paid $300 to secure the townhome and they gave the townhome to other candidates. Margaret the leasing manager refunded our deposit back, however sent it to the wrong address due to the lack of attention to details sent in her email. We still haven't received our money back. The check was supposed to be sent... overnight and we still haven't received it. The Vice President Andy was very unprofessional with the situation. I would not recommend these townhomes. I'm actually thankful we didn't move in. We have been waiting since October for our deposit back. If there was an option for no stars that's what I would have suggested because one star isn't even worth it. Their communication is very very unprofessional and they lack paying attention to the details.
