Best apartments in Virginia Beach

The location is so great, it's a short drive to Norfolk or the oceanfront. It's within walking distance of Town Center shopping and restaurants, and the Greenway path is beautiful. I have had 0 problems living here and anytime I have a question the staff is friendly and helpful. The resident events they do are so much fun!! -A. Scoville

Love it!

I love it here! The location is awesome and the people are super friendly! I just moved in and the girls in the office make you feel at home right away!! They have great communication and it is very clean!

Midtown is awesome!

I am going on my second year here at midtown at town center and they are still amazing. The maintenance and office people are so helpful with every thing you need and the apartments are beautiful! Thank you Midtown

Luxury with a View!

I moved in a few months ago and I absolutely love it. Somer made the whole process exciting and enjoyable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The amenities are awesome including a rooftop pool and shared fire pit on a patio facing the woods. There are paths for jogging or a lovely walk to town center. The floor plans are very spacious and have beautiful fixtures and large patios! I’m so glad we chose Midtown to be our new home!!
