Oasis isn’t a horrible place. It’s in a decent location with recently updated kitchens and bathrooms. Floor plans are average but kitchens in particular in our unit was small and poorly designed. No more than one person could use it without stepping in the way.

Maintenance was fantastic! They worked hard every day from am to pm. Always came quickly and were very friendly.

Pricing seems competitive and they allow dogs and cats.

My issue was they had many rules which generally benefit… everyone but they were selectively enforced. Huge dog over 50 lbs? Against the rules but a Great Dane was happy accepted.

Many many examples of no effort to enforce rules which mostly benefited the management.

No security cameras on the property and as a result cars were being robbed on a regular basis. If you left a car unlocked it was ransacked for valuables. Little or no effort was made to curb theft. A car was also stolen as were numerous bicycles.

Management would reassure residents they were working on solutions but no new solutions ever materialized. In all would not recommend. Read More

If you want to hear everything your neighbors do then this is your place. You can hear everything from your neighbors having fun to loud walking and floor squeaking from above. Management doesn’t help all they tell you to do is call guardus and report it so they can come out, by then the noise has stop but as soon as they leave it starts again and you won’t be able to find a parking spot bc everyone has like 3 cars per person so good luck

We’ve been here for 6 months and everyday of our stay we’ve smelled marijuana and we’ve told the leasing people and they don’t nothing about it. We call and email
Them daily and they do nothing. Once our lease is up we will be moving out ASAP!

So far I've been living here for about 8 months. My experience here has been nothing short of amazing. The staff is impeccable in everything they do. Maintenance is on top of everything, the staff at the office is always incredibly professional, highly knowledgeable and handles its work with unparalleled proficiency, and is always genuinely happy to see you and help in whichever way they can. The neighbors are very warm, welcoming, and friendly and overall the neighborhood is very safe and… secure. I travel a lot for work and every time I leave I take comfort in the knowledge that my apartment and car will not be broken in to or anything stolen from me. The neighborhood is also conveniently located right in the middle of everything. There are strip malls, a Target, fast food places, Sentara Hospital, several family medical practices, and an elementary school all within walking distance.
