We have lived here for 8 years. We love the peaceful neighborhood. The community is well maintained and the staff is amazing. The apartments are spacious and quiet. You can't go wrong moving here.

the landscaping is done weekly. They now grass. They trim the hedges. They also do the bushes, shrubs, mulch and edging. It's done weekly. Couldn't be happier.

This is a clean, attractive community. Management and maintenance are responsive to our needs. However, I am surprised that at Christmas time there wasn't even a wreath on our main sign. And during our country's 250th anniversary of Independence, absolutely no acknowledgement. This surprised me.

Our maintenance team is top notch. Had air conditioning issues on a weekend. Called left message and they called right back. Came out and fixed issue right away. Thank you so much.

I am still moving in this week, but I have met some of my neighbors and am enjoying my apartment so far. Just the right size for me. The appliances seem to be new or fairly new. An enjoyable experience.
