My 4 years at Old Donation Apts has been a great experience. I feel very safe here, it is a very peaceful and quiet community. Alexis and Jada are wonderful to work with in the office and always very kind and professional. The maintenance staff are so quick to respond to any issue and are always on top of taking care of the problem!

Location, location, location! Close to everything. I've lived here for 5 years. This is my forever home. Grounds are well kept. Maintenance crew prompt with any issues reported. I tell everyone I meet that it is a wonderful complex.

neighborhood is very quiet. neighbors are courteous and quiet. no late night noises. after 8pm it's usually quiet and calm. the landscaping is done once a week and looks nice.

Living here is definitely a safe and pleasant place to live. The staff here do their best to keep it looking good for residents. It’s always good to try and keep the operating costs down while still providing a decent product . I believe it’s possible
