we’ve been here a week, and we love it! we fell in love with the place when we toured, and the staff were so welcoming! haven’t met any neighbors yet, but everyone seems nice, I love that my dog has a little area to run around in too!

Maintenance has been slow to respond. They also may come and not leave any record of them visiting "sign on the door." Rents high for the laxness of Maintenance.

Also gates are constantly broken.

Front desk people are rude as well.

Besides those things I like the area. The complex is close to pretty great resources, including a library, 1 mile away!

It’s an apartment. If you had the unfortunate luck of needing an apartment than you can rest assured that you know exactly how this one operates. But it has a decent pool so that’s nice.
