Normally I don't do this, but I've been here one week and 1. air conditioning was broke on day one and fixed 24 hours later. 2. I've gone three days without hot water and have no information available as to whether the hot water heater is repaired(but it doesn't seem to be). 3. upon a closer inspection, the unit was not cleaned before I moved in or anytime since the previous tenant moved out. I found chocolate smeared inside the cabinets, etc. 4. the upstairs bedroom closet door was stuck and... also has recently been unable to close. All I can say is, DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. They also have refused, or rather neglected, to return a copy of my lease to me. One star because half is star isn't possible.

Close to everything in Waynesboro and right off the highway, but quite enough to relax in the evening. Good neighbors and staff.
