Terrible

Moved in a month ago couldn’t open my stove door due to the way the cabinets were designed. Had to take of the handles and was told they would be replaced still nothing. Haven’t had heat or AC since I moved in. Maintenance attempted to fix until the releases maybe the 1902 HVAC units needed to be replaced. So their fix for now was 2 box fans and 2 space heaters. Needless to say still waiting. The dog park is overgrown with grass but they expect you to pick up your dogs poop. Well I could if I… could find it in the jungle. Very dissatisfied. I wish I could share pics for ya.

It’s now going on 3 months and still no heat or AC (oh wait they gave me a window unit). Have sent multiple people out to look at the HVAC unit and have been told it needs to be replaced. Excuse after excuse after excuse. When I mention lower my rent I get no response. Next step is down to the city building to file a complaint. Honestly thats my only complaint.
