I want to extend my sincere gratitude to the Longhill Grove management and staff for their exceptional service. The team does a fantastic job of keeping our surroundings clean and ensuring that residents always feel safe. The front office staff consistently maintains high standards of professionalism and helpfulness. I also want to give a special thank you to Pete, the maintenance technician. He does an incredible job keeping the entire facility well-maintained, responds quickly whenever repairs… are needed, and keeps the pool perfectly up to standard for everyone to enjoy. This community is really nice and doesn’t break the budget! Spacious apartments with five star service! My kids love the pool and playground!

Incredibly unprofessional and a waste of time. I called Longhill Grove on March 5th to ask about availability and see about touring the property. No one answered, so I left a voicemail which was never responded to. On March 12th I made an inquiry through their website, and never received any reply. On March 26th I made an online appointment to come in for a tour on April 8th. I received a text and email confirmation for this tour; however, after driving 2 hours, no one was at the office during… my scheduled time. I called and again left a voicemail, and again no reply. I came back to the office the next day, still nothing. Today, April 16th, I received my first communication from the leasing office, an email full of typos telling me to call the office if I had any questions- yeah, not happening. If the management can't even adequately serve potential leasers, then I absolutely would not trust them to take care of actual residents. Don't waste your time. Read More
