We Love Steeplechase

We’ve loved living at Steeplechase! We’ve been here for the past three years. The location is great and close to shopping and dining which is a huge plus for convenience. The pool is great, and maintenace is super helpful and always efficient whenever we’ve needed anything! Our only con (as I’m sure is the case with many given the current economy) is that rent continues to increase despite no changes or upgrades being made to the apartments (or at least the one we are in). The increasing price… would be much more understandable if furnishings were updated/modernized to match the current market.

Would definitely recommend!

A really great place to live especially if you're living with a partner or alone! The apartments are cozy and well kept, the staff are helpful and friendly, and the area is quiet and well located.

Great for college students!

Steeplechase has such a friendly and helpful office and maintenance team! The apartment is a decent size and the closets are amazing! They have a nice, little gym, but it is really convenient for it to be so close. There’s also a track right by the apartment complex, which is great! It’s generally very quiet, which makes it great for college students, especially with school being online. Overall, a great apartment at an affordable price!

Love Steeplechase!

I moved here recently and am so happy! The staff is amazing; the property managers are so welcoming and kind. They made me feel at home right away, they check on me to see how things are going, and they take care of hiccups right away. I love the location of these apartments; it's very easy to navigate around Williamsburg and get to 64 for travel. The neighbors are great, and the pool and dog park really sold me! Highly recommend!

Great Apartment and Staff!

I LOVE MY APARTMENT. It feels so nice to finally have a place that I call home. The staff is great to work with and any maintenance request that Ive had, has been fixed quickly!
