Summerfield Apartments

I absolutely loved these apartments when Melco Inc. owned them. My wife and I waited several months for an opening, just to live in Summerfield. We lived in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom for about 2 years until we had a baby and upgraded to a 3 bedroom with a garage. Right before we moved Melco sold them to Page Brooke Realty. They immediately tried to change the rent from the 1200 we agreed to to 1250. They also tried to add a 450 dollar charge that was told we would not have. Maintenance went... from calling Melco and having the situation resolved within 15 minutes to 45 minutes, to waiting over a month for someone to come out, fix one of 2 problems, and then say someone would be out to fix the other. That was 5 months ago, still no second showing and I have submitted multiple requests. The community has also changed. Since Melco sold them, they have had constant move ins and outs.
