My mom lives here and I can’t give you 5 stars because when she calls the office to ask to come to her apartment to fix something, they never fix it . She is there for about 4 years and her stove still not fix , she can’t even cook because it’s not working properly, and now her bathroom wall is falling apart and someone came but maybe they just glue it a little bit and right now still the same . So don’t know why this company doesn’t do anything about it because we pay for it every month , and... the monthly payment it’s always the same , now it’s even more .

we have been living here going on 2 years and all has been great. the management and all the office persons have done a lot to make us feel welcome. there is always something to do or be a part of. love having elevator and laundry on each floor. lot of space outside for walking and socials. really enjoy living here

i l like living at river run overall. The only complaint I have is the lighting outside.

My mother has been here for a few years. She LOVES the new owners and everything they do for her. I know when she is home if she has any problems in regards to her apt it always gets done ASAP. I feel more then comfortable with her living in River Run!!

river run senior apartments
I enjoy living here because it is such a calm and relaxing place to live. They really seem to care about us by the events they do for us and the way they respond when we are in need. The property is near everything and I enjoy that a lot.
