This is a terrible place to live and the community declined once management changed to Capital Square Living. Please review the real reviews on yelp because they often delete google reviews. The hallway carpet is extremely dirty, when touring please view other areas besides the toured apartment. The trash is placed in the hallway after 5:00pm and they usually pick it up around 9:00 pm causing the hallway to smell and have pest. They also drop things from the trash and its left in the hallway... until the next day which is extremely embarrassing when having guest over. There is only one elevator on the first floor that is always broken for weeks at a time, all other elevators you must walk up the steps to access which sucks if you have luggage or groceries. Parking for guest is paid hourly by park mobile and sometimes there is no parking availible for them because its full. Confirm your free parking if not you will be waitlisted and forced to pay for the garage and they will give you the run around. Towing is HIGHLY enforced. The parking garage is often broken, 3 times I came home to no water running I have emails for proof and the supervisor La Tonya gave an attitude with no explanation. She is very nice when you move-in however, she’s extremely rude and unprofessional if you have an complaint. The only amenities are basically the lounge room, the mail room is a scavenger hunt its unorganized and the front office will not assist. The gym is extremely small and the equipment is loud, worn down and out- dated. They took back the conference room so that is no longer availible to reserve. This was not considered a luxury experience and I would not waste my money here. You will spend more in the long run also review the comments regardless of how clean you are you will not receive your deposit back. The only good part about this place is maintenance staff . The staff, trash crew and amenities are trash. TAKE THIS AS YOUR WARNING TO LISTEN TO THESE REVIEWS they are in fact true and take a look on Yelp.

The property manager is really rude. the building is poorly constructed and built, thin walls, dirty pissy elevators & it’s mostly
Military and police personal on site, management is always on vacation & takes months to responds to requests. For the price of this crappy place I’m telling you dont live here. I broke my lease 3 months in, the staff is horrible.

I scheduled an appointment to take a tour of the property and apartments. Upon arriving I first noticed the future tenant parking space had 3 cars jammed into just 3 spaces in front of the leasing office. Two were in the parking spaces with a third T-Boned up to the other two cars. Once I had to go looking for parking, I found out firsthand about the infamous parking issue. I found zero free guest parking and had to pay for a space. There was no grace period before charges, so from what I saw a... 5-minute trip would require paying for the hour. The cost was a little less than a dollar per hour. I paid for 2 hours.

Then I went to the leasing office. There are two sets of doors with a tablet to call reception in between to get the second door unlocked. I used the tablet and received no answer. I tried it several times before stepping outside to call the office from my phone. I got no answer from multiple calls and leaving a message each time. After about 20 minutes I just left. It has been weeks since then and I have not received any calls back.

I don't live here, I did not get the tour, I did however get enough information to form a negative opinion of the administrative staff and parking situation.

The management tried to do their best as management can. When you got 690 apartments that’s not easy to manage but I’ve never felt unsafe. They have great security, great community building with tons of games and wonderful swimming pool. Besides that the apartment is beautiful. The only downside is the noise for sure. If you want to get restful sleep you might want to get headphones on , but not every floor is noisy it all depends on your neighbors. Not bad place at all!

After living here for 5 years, I can say the quality of the apartments and customer service has completely gone down. Leasing agents don’t even acknowledge or greet you when you come in. If you need help with anything like finding a package good luck because they won’t help you. They only care about taking your money each month but do not actually care about the residents. The hallways are filled with dog pee and poop and smells like weed every day. You have to pay park mobile if you want anyone... to visit. You can hear your upstairs neighbor and any on the side.
