Maintenance takes a long time to come and fix things and I wish the gym would get fixed but other then that its pretty cool living here its quiet .

I like it here only issue is it takes for ever to get something fixed now. Ive been waiting a few months to get my windows seal fixed everytimr it rained water comes in.

Overall pretty decent place to live. Friendly office staff, great neighbors. Hard to get maintenance to come out when scheduled though and sometimes have to bug them repeatedly to get things done

Persistent AC Problems and Poor Maintenance

My experience has been very disappointing. The biggest issue is that management rarely responds to maintenance requests. We have submitted multiple work orders, but many receive no response at all, and problems remain unresolved for weeks. In addition, the air conditioning has not worked properly for a long time, leaving the apartment uncomfortably hot. Even after several maintenance visits, the issue has never been fully fixed. Residents should expect slow maintenance, poor communication, and… unresolved repair issues.

Avoid if You Expect Working Air Conditioning

I would not recommend living here. The AC does not work properly, and the apartment regularly reaches 80+ degrees inside, making it extremely uncomfortable to live in. Maintenance has come out multiple times, but the issue still has not been fixed. It’s frustrating to keep reporting the same problem without any real solution. Other neighbors have mentioned experiencing the same AC problems as well, so this does not seem like an isolated issue.
