When you respond to my ad, please answer the following questions.
1. When are you looking to move? Do you need to give your current property owner 30 days notice?
2. Why are you considering a move from your current residence? Please be specific.
3. Do you have any pets? If so, what kind? If a dog, please email me a photo.
4. Do you have all the funds to move at this time?
5. If you have Section 8, please let me know that you have sent this ad to your case worker and that your caseworker has agreed to the rental rate. If you do not do this step precisely as I have asked, it will just delay things.
6. If you are working with an outside organization (like BROC, PAVE, UCS), please let me know if you have contacted them to check if they will provide move in funds BEFORE you move in. I do not take funds AFTER you move in.

If you have Section 8, YES, we take Section 8, no property owner can deny you housing based on that. But do send this ad to your case manager and ask if the price point works for your voucher. No I won't fill out any paperwork for anything. All the information is in this ad.
