This apartment is in the lower area of our home. It is two bedrooms with one bath (no tub.) The number of beds will be determind by the... needs of the tenants. Both rooms can accomadate twin beds or double.

We are asking $2500.00 per month total, to be shared between 2-4 renters. The apartment is large with a shared living/dining space. Each room will have desks/chairs available, shared laundry facilities, parking area, private entrance (shared by same 2-4 renters.)

We are currently renovating this unit, and it will be newly refinished and furnished. We live in a rural area in Vermont in a lovely, quiet neighborhood, about 15-20 minutes from Gifford Hospital or the Vermont Law School on a beautiful tree-canopied road. We have wonderful neighbors, access to a quiet pond and beautiful forests all around us.

Utilities are included and initial basic supplies will be provided. We have two friendly dogs, but they are both large, young and rambunctious, so we are listing the apartment as "no pets."
