My husband and I moved to Clocktower Square last year just before our wedding. Jill & Mike have been amazing; kind, responsive, and always helpful. Our apartment is clean, spacious and in a great location. We have loved living here and would recommend it to anybody!

Highly Recommended
Great location with easy connectivity to downtown Burlington and South Burlington. The building itself is quiet and comfortable, very suitable for young professionals, including remote workers.
Mike and Jill are friendly, professional, and safety-conscious. They are also very responsive to maintenance requests.

CTS Apartment
My partner and I moved in the Fall of 2018 with our two cats. Our 3 bed 2 full bath apartment here is surprisingly quiet despite being right off of route 7. We feel very safe living here, our landlords take everyone's security very seriously and are always on top of things whenever issues may arise. There are security cameras inside and outside as well. Our landlords, Mike and Jill, are always very reliable and ready to help if our appt needs any maintenance etc. Plenty of parking, as well as... being able to park under the building to protect my vehicle from the elements is a huge plus in the winter! Our lovely large balcony overlooks the clock tower, we're able to have small plants outside in the summer to grow veggies and herbs etc, even enough room for a lounge chair as well. Mike and Jill have been doing lots of upgrades to the hallways and laundry room onsite with gorgeous new floors and regularly have people come to clean the common areas (hallways, stairwells, laundry room etc). Their communication with us when this occurs is great, they will always give us a heads up via email with anything happening in the building. It just goes to show how caring and genuine they are as people, and how invested they are with upkeep of our building. We couldn't be happier with them as our landlords, it doesn't get better than this!

Great Place With Amazing Landlords
I’ve lived at Clocktower Square for about 7 years and it’s been great. The location is perfect with lots of stores and restaurants within walking distance, but also far enough away from downtown making it feel a little more secluded. I work in healthcare and it’s been great being able to come home to a safe, quiet, clean apartment after some really long days. You also couldn’t ask for better landlords. Mike and Jill are both very genuine, kind people and have been extremely helpful whenever... there’s an issue. Just last week one of my smoke detectors started beeping and Mike was there within 5 minutes of my text to help! I would HIGHLY recommend anyone rent from them!

Highly Recommend
I have loved living here! The apartments are great and spacious. We have a nice kitchen, a balcony with lots of light, and the location is spectacular. We can walk to the grocery store, the bike path is close by, lots of food options nearby, and working at UVM it was only a 10 min drive to work each day. The landlords, Jill and Mike, are wonderful people and have always been quick to respond to any inquiries. I couldn’t recommend this place enough.
