Route 100 runs through town, offering many shops, restaurants, and sporting goods stores as you drive through and take in the beautiful views. You're just a short drive from Wilmington, the slopes of Haystack, and Stratton Mountain. This property is also a short drive away from local natural bathing areas popular in the summer with both family and LGBT crowds, such as The Ledges in Wilmington and Rock River in Brattleboro. The condo is about 40 minutes from Brattleboro, where you can find many restaurants, interesting shops, and cultural activities. For nature lovers, there are endless hiking, skiing, and snowshoeing opportunities in the local area.
Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 8:00. Smoking inside the house is prohibited, and guests found smoking will be charged an extra $250 cleaning fee for odor removal. Please be mindful of the maximum capacity of the house, as guests may be fined $50 per unapproved guest beyond the home capacity. There is available space for up to two cars outside of the condo, and unauthorized vehicles are not allowed. If driving, please share the license plate numbers of the cars to provide them to the condo association. Guests who stay beyond their checkout time without approval will be charged $100 per hour.
