First to live here, yet to use the AC
Beautiful location, spacious, pet friendly, so walkable, we adore the park could be amazing and five stars. However, since moving in late May some amenities we are paying for were not available; the dryer, which we had to pay for downstairs the first week and then our bedroom AC UNIT which has not worked since we got here, it’s now late June. Also they put in the lease you can’t get rent off if AC goes out. How convenient… HVAC guy has been here at least a couple times . Hopefully they are… checking on the empty units appliances as we speak but if you do come here manually check EVERYTHING before move in.
