Improving!!
I been living here for 2 year's and my kids just arrived, about I'm ready to leave because of the manager and maintenance was too slow to respond for any building issues! Now things got way better we got responding and the building even secured by security cameras, we didn't have a plumbing issues ( we used to had clogged toilet often) keep up with good job!! We like to call this place as HOME ,

******BED BUGS***** DO NOT RENT!!!
WE MOVED IN AND WITHIN THE FIRST MONTH HAD THE CEILING CAVE IN IN THE BATHROOM THAT TOTALLY FLOODED THE ENTIRE BATHROOM AND SOAKED THE CARPET IN THE HALL. IT TOOK THEM 31 DAYS TO COME IN AND REMOVE THE GARBAGE BAG THAT THEY PLACED IN THE CEILING HOLE, WHICH HAD LEAKED 2 MORE TIMES BEFORE THEY ACTUALLY CAME TO FIX IT. THEN THE BED BUGS...A WHOLE NEW LEVEL OF FILTH AND NEGLIGENCE. NEEDLESS TO SAY THE PROBLEM WILL CONTINUE AS THEY HAVE ONLY TREATED THE APTS THAT HAVE COMPLAINED ABOUT THE PROBLEM... AND NOT THE ENTIRE BUILDING. THEN THE SECOND MONTH OUR WATER HEATER ERUPTS IN THE STORAGE CLOSET AND THEY NEVER EVEN BROUGHT HEATERS IN TO DRY THE AREA BUT INSTEAD LET IT MOLD...IN TURN MY THEN 9 MONTH OLD STARTED HAVING BREATHING PROBLEMS AND NOW HAS ASTHMA...THIS PLACE IS A NIGHTMARE AND DESPITE US HAVING DECENT CREDIT AND HAVING TO MOVE IN WITH MY MOM I WILL CUT OUR LOSSES AND GET OUT ASAP.
