A joke

An absolute joke of an apartment complex! Rude management and extremely overpriced. Don't waste your time and money on this place like we did

Beautiful apartments

Both ladies are amazing and so helpful. Gina made sure I understood everything needed to apply and all the costs for move in. The building is set up nice and the surrounding area is taken care of. I think my pup and I will be very happy here.

Top-Notch Apartments & Service in Auburn

On August 18th, I moved into a brand new apartment in a brand new building. The high-quality walls and doors ensure that I rarely hear any noise. It's an amazing place right in the heart of Auburn! What truly sets this experience apart is the exceptional service from Gina and Jamie. Both are fantastic individuals who made the entire process of securing the apartment smooth and hassle-free. I know I can be difficult to work with at times, but despite that, Gina remained professional and courteous… throughout, even assisting me during her lunch break and outside of regular work hours. I would rate the building, apartments, and staff all 5/5 and highly recommend it!

Best place to live

Staff is so nice. Very freindly. They do everything to help you feel welcome and its a great place to live. I love my unit very much.

Brand new, beautiful building.

I had a great experience with Divine Court and the leasing manager Gina. She is very responsive and has a friendly demeanor. She got me into a stellar unit, and fast! The building is new, clean, and beautiful inside. One feature that stands out to me is the amount of power outlets in these units. There are 8 in the main bedroom alone! This side of Downtown Auburn is very clean and safe. Plan on lovely walks through the neighborhood day or night if you decide to move here. Im very happy with my… move here!
