Close to everything without the bustling city noise
I recently moved to Bellevue and have found that Limestone Court was exactly what I was looking for. It is in a very wakable area which for me was very important, close enough to walk no more than 10 min to most restaurants and offices in the area. Also, it far out enough to avoid traffic noise so you get a bit of both worlds. The GYM installations are great very spacious with just enough equipment to have no need to pay for a traditional gym. Guest parking is also a big plus specially in a city... like Bellevue.

Elevators down, Smell, Noise
The main elevator often doesn't work with no communication from Westfreeman Property management team when it will be repaired. Smell issue in the elevators that linger for months. Management team put air freshners in hallways which did nothing to eliminate the odors. Still an issue. Would not recommend anyone live here. Units noisy with traffic on 10th Ave Ne, the main street leading to the freeway in downtown Bellevue.

Poor Service
Elevators often break and aren't repaired for weeks or even months. Usually one elevator in working order. Horrible smell in the elevators and hallways. Management team slow to respond to requests. Very loud next to the streets. Extremely hot in the spring, summer and Fall months. Stifling heat in apartments and hard to cool down, especially at night. Overarching stench and smell in apartments.

Recently moved-in: Responsive, Simple, and Refurbished
We just moved from NYC to Bellevue. Found Limestone Court and are extremely happy with the move. Connor from the leasing team was responsive and accommodating. The maintenance team is responsive and professional. Building management is considerate and accessible. Excited about living here!
