I’ve lived here for almost 6 months now. So far I’ve had my car broken into at least three times, I’ve had an electric scooter stolen, and I’ve also had other items stolen either .I’ve lived here for almost 6 months now. The management here has done nothing to stop this. Look at the Google reviews. There are multiple on there that… call out this issue over the past six months. The simple task of at least putting in some security cameras has still not even taken place.
When I bring this up, I just get a “ We will do everything we can to secure your safety” Message back from the management. But absolutely no changes whatsoever.

I took a tour with Olivia. She was very flexible in my availability to come and look at the place when I was in town. She was very pleasant, kind and professional. During our tour, one of her tenants stopped us in the hallway and I was very impressed with the way that she addressed the issue. The building seems very well-kept. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to live here. Can’t wait to get the ball rolling for when I moved to Bellevue.

Toured this property recently and was impressed with how beautiful and comfortable it was. The apartment was adorable and roomy. I met Olivia, Micheal and Jose throughout my visit and all were extremely welcoming and knowledgeable and really made the whole experience wonderful for me.

I toured this property and it is fantastic! The layout is great and the office staff was super nice & efficient. I plan to move here when my lease is up!
