The Margot

I had the pleasure of calling The Margot (formerly The Blu) home for a year, and I can genuinely say it was a wonderful living experience. I moved from TX to WA and I chose this as my first residence in my new state. I did not have a car as the BellHop - Circuit service took me to the places I needed to go within the city or I walked. The location is central to a lot of amenties and the distance is walkable.

The management team was always friendly, responsive, and truly cared about the... residents’ comfort and well-being. Liz (Elizabeth), Jesus, and formerly Daunte were nothing short of amazing.

From the application process until my move-out, Liz made sure I had everything I needed for a seamless move in and move out. I assumed it would be difficult since I was managing the move from out of state, but she made the experience enjoyable and efficient!

Any maintenance/apartment requests I submitted were handled quickly and professionally, which gave me real peace of mind.

The property itself is beautifully maintained—clean, safe, and thoughtfully designed. I especially appreciated the location, which is nestled right by the downtown park, providing a beautiful view of the city. It felt like more than just an apartment—it felt like a retreat from the busy world.

I’ve lived here for almost 6 months now. So far I’ve had my car broken into at least three times, I’ve had an electric scooter stolen, and I’ve also had other items stolen either .I’ve lived here for almost 6 months now. So far I’ve had my car broken into at least three times, I’ve had an electric scooter stolen, and I’ve also had other items stolen either from my car or near my car.
The management here has done nothing to stop this. Look at the Google reviews. There are multiple on there that... call out this issue over the past six months. The simple task of at least putting in some security cameras has still not even taken place.
When I bring this up, I just get a “ We will do everything we can to secure your safety” Message back from the management. But absolutely no changes whatsoever.

I took a tour with Olivia. She was very flexible in my availability to come and look at the place when I was in town. She was very pleasant, kind and professional. During our tour, one of her tenants stopped us in the hallway and I was very impressed with the way that she addressed the issue. The building seems very well-kept. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to live here. Can’t wait to get the ball rolling for when I moved to Bellevue.

Toured this property recently and was impressed with how beautiful and comfortable it was. The apartment was adorable and roomy. I met Olivia, Micheal and Jose throughout my visit and all were extremely welcoming and knowledgeable and really made the whole experience wonderful for me.

I toured this property and it is fantastic! The layout is great and the office staff was super nice & efficient. I plan to move here when my lease is up!
