Watch Pricing
This apartment looks great, but there are things you should consider before you rent with Dwell. They will nickel-and-dime you to death. Covered parking costs $100 a month. This is the highest I've seen in my life.
When I left, they deducted $200 from my security deposit for "cleaning" services. I could accept $100--maybe--but $200 is ridiculous. I cleaned that apartment for two days before I left. I know they weren't being honest about that. I have a 20 minute video of the entire apartment.... It was clean.
Finally, I requested a walk through the building manager. I was told two days before the walk through that I wasn't possible because the manager was busy. I had moved out of state. The decent thing to do would have been to tell me as soon as they figured this out or try to have someone else do the walk through with me. It was disrespectful given how much money I spent buying a ticket to meet them there.
