Brampton Court Apartments

I should have never moved here. Absolutely no parking and in a very bad area of town. The walls are so then I can hear my neighbors talking to each other. The rent is way too high. Stay away from this place.

The biggest complaint I have is that indeed, there is only one window that opens in the apartments without a balcony. 7-8 months out of the year this is no big deal, but summer does happen. I spent six months here as a travel nurse and honestly have no complaints. Super close to St. Joe's, quiet for me, clean and well maintained. An update to fixtures and appliances would be nice. I have lived here for six months and want to get out. I only have 1 window that can open, so there is no air flow, and this summer it was over 90 degrees. The apartments have paper thin walls and floors, ants and fleas, and is in a bad neighborhood. I was told it was a nice neighborhood, btw. I moved from NYS to WA and did not see the apartment until I got here. My building is next to a strip mall. The people are loud and management does nothing to fix the problems.

Its a very quit place to live.I have pets and they provided an area for my dog s and also bags ..we have a pool that is cleaned and well maintained. Also a gym.I'm very pleased with the inside as well very spacious I'm only dissapointed about one thing and that would be the bathroom....its in our bed room so guest have to go thru ur room other then that I'm pleased

Not a bad place but the location isnt great. I hear sirens almost every night due to Northwest activity. Management is ok but does not like to deal with problems, ive gone to talk to them 3 times now with no result. Says non-smoking but isnt, neighbors all around me smoke to where we can smell it in our apartment. I wouldn't recommend living here but is close to to town and bus lines which is nice.
