take before and after move out photos!

If I could give zero stars, I would.

My experience with this property was unbelievably disappointing. After moving out, they attempted to charge us over $5,000 in completely unjustified fees with no clear explanation, no itemized breakdown, and no evidence to support the charges.

This place feels like it relies on predatory billing practices rather than honest business. I strongly recommend avoiding this property unless you want surprise charges and a management team that refuses to take… accountability.

If you do rent take before and after photos like I did because you might have to take them to small claims court in the future!

Know your rights as a tenant because these jokers will try to get away with predatory practices.

We love living here at Driftwell in Fairhaven

We have lived here for over 2 years and really love it! The ambience is wonderful and the building and apartments are beautiful with continual upgrades. We love the great location, lots of nearby hiking and biking trails, also Lake Padden and Boulevard Park are very close. I discovered a nature trail to Joe’s Garden where I can get fresh fruits and veggies all summer long. We are close to Fairhaven which is full of shops and restaurants and Haggen’s Grocery store.
They have incredible Wi-Fi… here that is fast and reliable which we love!
Also the staff is excellent, warm and friendly and always there for any questions or requests.
There is bike storage and a parking garage and a wonderful open patio with 2 gas grills for all the residents.
It is a wonderful place to call home!
