    10/10 Great Apartment!

I have lived in quite a few apartments before this one and almost every time there was some big issue even if the apartment was nice. Either the management was terrible, or the walls and ceiling were so thin you could hear every move your neighbor made, or the cars would get broken into, or something else. But this apartment legitimately didn’t have any issues. The management was super nice and helpful and I never felt like they were trying to screw me over like other apartments. I couldn’t hear my neighbors next to me or above me at all, which is extremely rare in a multi story apartment that isn’t a concrete high rise. The price was really affordable. And it is super close to downtown Bellingham while still being far enough away that’s its not too loud. This really is a great apartment and the Landmark management is a great company to live under.
