Very Disappointed, Don't Bother

Rent was hiked by 30% in one year, expect similar increases in the future. Floors and walls seem paper thin, can easily hear neighbors. Permitted parking is not enforced and there are always vehicles parking illegally in the lot. Even with permitted vehicles parking in the handicap stalls every spot is taken and permitted vehicles are on the road. Maintenance issues have taken a week to be acknowledged, issues one would not expect in a newer building. Expect high utility bills. There are cold... drafts coming from the windows and baseboards.

Not worth the price

No parking after 9 and street parking is full as well. They offer parking permits but only check for them in the morning. Anyone parks in the area trash is always full or stuff on the grounds. Drug bust my first time moving into the place and paper thin walls. Not worth its price
