Absolutely terrible

This was the worst apartment I ever lived at. Everything was very old and dated and practically falling apart. Management was very poor and maintenace requests always took weeks.

Terrible management

The entire time I lived here I couldn’t get management to call or email me back for any reason. I couldn’t get my mail key for several months after moving in and when I was trying to move out there were many issues. One person told me I could stay until the 30th, another person told me I had to be out the 15th, and I never got ahold of anyone to return the key and have them do a walk through. I called 4 times, sent several emails, submitted forms on the website, texted management, and went to… their offices which were always closed. I wouldn’t recommend living here to anyone. The convenience of living close to western is not worth the inconvenience of living here. Besides that, the walls are thin & it’s overpriced for the area.
