worst maintenance services ever.
Refrigerator doesn't work for over a week, lost all the food. No one cares

Best insides around
I've recently been apartment shopping and finally found Arterra Woods in Bothell, WA. Arterra-Woods apartments and every other apartment (that is decently/affordably priced) is like night and day. Other apartments looked like they hadn't been updated in decades, were in undesired parts of town and just didn't meet the basic standards any apartment should. Finally we came across Arterra Woods and immediately after seeing the kitchen and bathrooms with granite and stone work were SOLD! We... aggressively worked to get into these apartments (they had no openings at the time) and are so happy to be here. Slim pickings and finally we got a good one.
