Management

Management is awful.

Moving out ASAP

Brittany chooses which policies to actually follow.
And very fake to your face and will throw you under the bus for her clicks so fast. Just terrible

Little snippet for everyone.

Newer neighbor claims dog bit her. No bite no marks no nothing. Neighbor called office and just told her that it happened. Same day gave us a 30 day notice. Didn’t call us. Even tho we’ve never had 1 issue with rent, apartment, dog nothing in 3 years but new neighbor calls with... no proof and bammm 30 day notice. What a joke

Awesome place

I have lived at Erlands Point Apartments for 15 years, and I have to say, "I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!! The staff are always wonderfully awesome and they help with issues that come up. They are so very nice and respectful to everyone. I rate this wonderful awesome place 5 stars, due to how much I love it at Erlands Point Apartments. I am always happy with the staff and other residents.

Sketchy

I had an appointment set up to look at one of their 2 beds 1 bath and when I got there the lady told me oh yea we already rented it out earlier (mind you I didn’t even get a call or anything asking if I still wanted to come by) but she said we have a 2 bed 2 bath opening up on a few weeks and I said ok I’d like to look at it and she said oh well I don’t want to show you the pictures because they are so crappy and I asked if it was being renovated and she said no not that unit and proceeded to... show me a renovated 2 bed 1 bath with a completely different layout.waste of my time

Not entirely what you get...

Let's start with the listed so called Security Package. There is none. They take no responsibility for anything that happens on property including break ins to Resident vehicle.

Next, what you are charged for. That trash pick up? You pay for even if you do not want it or use it. Also can only leave one bag and the pick up is not consistent.

Rent increases, they do that too wether you like it or not. This includes a so called month to month service fees of several hundred dollars (yes, that is... plural) if you do not maintain a yearly lease. Don't bother asking for shorter lease options, they won't give it to you.

Parking is horrible. If you own more than one car, you might not have a safe place to park every day and no plans to expand or find a solution.
